BLS series CES7000000001, Current Employment Statistics survey, leisure and hospitality supersector, seasonally adjusted, via the BLS Public Data API. Genuinely volatile: this supersector (restaurants, hotels, entertainment) lost 46% of its employment in a single month (March to April 2020) under COVID-19 lockdowns, the sharpest sectoral collapse in the series' history.
