Treasury Fiscal Data "Treasury Securities Auctions Data" (auctions_query endpoint): the high_yield field for marketable notes auctioned at the 7-year term, as a new issue or a reopening (security_term 7-Year, 6-Year 11-Month, 6-Year 10-Month, 6-Year 9-Month, 6-Year 6-Month, 6-Year 3-Month), excluding inflation-protected securities (inflation_index_security No) and floating rate notes (floating_rate No). An older security reopened at a shorter remaining term counts toward that shorter term's series. One observation per auction, dated on the auction date; results as published by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. stonks computes nothing. Every Treasury auction since November 1998 has been single-price, so the high yield is the yield all winning bidders receive.
